TalentLab
TalentLab is a talent development program designed by NBCUniversal for an effort to have employees build leadership capability, enhance the business acumen, and help shape and deliver the future of NBCUniversal. Through the program, the employees have the opportunity to align, build, accelerate and elevate what is needed for success throughout their key transition points known as the four pillars. Cara Stein, the Chief Talent Officer, gave our creative team to create logo and branding that is well aligned with the core value of this program.
My design incorporated the idea of the four pillars by having four petals of different colors, which come together at the center as an inner circle using darker shades. By doing so, I was able to display the core value of the four pillars instilled in the TalentLab and the unity as a whole. I also used lowercase Helvetica and warm tone to add a friendly corporate feel to the brand. Once my logo was chosen, I designed and directed branding and all of the program materials including a brand guide, logo suite, interior design, and event assets throughout the years.
