THX
THX is a new employee recognition program launched by NBCUniversal. During the time when it was launched, Cara Stein, a Chief Talent Officer, asked our creative team to produce a logo, branding, marketing materials, and UI for the website.
No specific direction was provided, but there was a website template decided by Cara for this new program, which included a communication board where the employees can interact and send points to each other which can be redeemed for various rewards.
Although the website was formal corporate based, it appeared to be easily accessible and had a social media aspect to it. Therefore, I decided to incorporate text bubbles to the logo in order to convey the image of easy communication and light heartedness seen in social media. After my logo was chosen, I created the entire brand and other design materials for Cara to be used for the program.
